One photo shows a fashion conscious Stormtrooper flicking through Vogue, while in another image Greedo enjoys a beer while watching TV.
And in a break from dishing out galactic destruction on the Death Star, another Stormtrooper is pictured dragging a wheelie bin across across his driveway.
Star Wars fan David Gilliver has been creating the funny scenes since his time studying Fine Art Photography at the Glasgow School of Art.
The 36-year-old, who was born and raised in Glasgow, said: "I got told off by my tutors, probably because they felt the work was silly and devoid of any real meaning.
"I have felt for many years like I have some unfinished business with the Star Wars toys, and so I have found this self-imposed photography project rather cathartic - which is nice.
"I think I just have a rather odd sense of humour.
"Plus I have always found toys rather fascinating and so it was just a matter of time before I created this series of photographs I think.
"Hopefully a lot of other people out there will also find the scenarios amusing.
"Each scene varies, but I will typically take up to an hour to get the shot I want.
"If I’m shooting outside, it can take a little longer sometimes."
The set also includes shots of Darth Vader carefully carrying a tray of eggs and a Stormtrooper appearing to say 'I am your father' to a tiny AT-AT walker - as it feeds it with a milk bottle.
David created the images between August 2014 and September this year, and is eagerly awaiting the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens on December 17.
